Bindaas Bol

 Bindaas Bol

is the space we created for people to say what they really think, without hesitation.
For a long time, we spoke about feedback on the shop floor through meetings and reviews. People would listen, respond when asked, and move on. The conversations remained structured, and most of the real issues never surfaced in those settings.
It was not that the problems did not exist.
They were simply not being said.
So we built something simple inside our system. A button that required no login, no identity, and no formality. Anyone could use it to share what they were seeing or feeling, without worrying about how it would be received.
We did not promote it aggressively or run sessions around it. The button was just there, available.
Within the first month, inputs started coming in that we had never heard before. Oil leaks that were being worked around every day. Missing tools that slowed down operations. Small gaps in the process that were quietly affecting productivity.
These were not structured suggestions.
They were direct, unfiltered observations from people who deal with the work every day.
What stood out was how different this input was from what we heard in meetings. When people do not have to filter their words, the nature of feedback changes. It becomes more honest, more specific, and far more useful.
“Bindaas Bol” did not create new problems for us to solve.
It revealed the ones that were already there.
And once you can see them clearly, the rest becomes easier.
