For me, business has always been for a social cause. The vision for Sigma Toolings states our focus of empowering individuals to work to achieve the best of their capability while enhancing the very capabilities. I am really happy to have seen hundreds of lives transformed in the last 20 years of Sigma Toolings. We support our employees with best of the facilities, financial and infrastructure support, and a very conducive environment and culture for their growth. We further encourage everyone on the team to contribute to society, help the underprivileged and support efforts in nation building.
Support with financial, technology and resources
In my personal and professional capacity, we extend support to various NGOs in the field of healthcare, education, child and women welfare and those working with underprivileged sections of the society. The support includes contributions as financial aid, creating access to technology and making available the resources through volunteering or expertise as required by the working group. We help NGOs in the nearby rural and urban areas of Aurangabad and Pune.

Training and capabilities development
We specifically work towards capacity enhancements through long term training and interventions of staff in NGOs in various areas such as communication and presentation skills, project management, conflict resolution etc. The trainings needs are identified and planned in consultation with the NGOs in order to help them meet the goals. Trainings are aimed at building long-term capabilities for the NGO staff in order to better deliver their duties and create greater impact towards their committed cause.
